C++ developer focused on systems software and performance engineering. Years of experience with Linux toolchains and cross-platform development. From low-level memory models to full-stack web applications, I value correctness, maintainability, and runtime efficiency. Open source contributor who believes great software comes from continuous refinement.

Journey
First encountered FrontPage in a computer class and was hooked by the idea of building visible, interactive pages with code. Spent countless hours tinkering with HTML and CSS. No finished products to show for it, but those three years planted a lasting love for the Web.
Graduated from static pages to dynamic sites. Wrote PHP and JavaScript by hand — no frameworks, not out of disdain, but a drive to understand every line.
Self-studied Java, C and C++ in parallel, driven purely by curiosity about how programs actually work. Built a scattering of small apps and tools; quality was uneven, but every failure was real learning.
Moved beyond "it runs" to "it runs right." Studied Linux system internals and operations — process management, file systems, shell scripting, the permission model — and migrated my entire development workflow to Linux.
Built solid MySQL fundamentals for the real projects ahead.
University years: stopped writing code just for myself. Independently or leading small teams, built student management systems, event registration platforms, and a collection of utility tools for the university. Tech stack settled on jQuery + Bootstrap frontend, PHP + MySQL backend.
Leading a small team through requirements, implementation, and delivery taught me the most important lesson: code has to serve real people.
Pushed C++ from working knowledge to genuine fluency. Focused on video coding and rendering pipelines — encoding standards, rate control, pixel format conversion, GPU interaction paths.
Mastered the full toolchain — CMake project scaffolding, dual VSCode and Visual Studio environments, GDB and VS Debugger — forming a complete feedback loop from build system to root-cause analysis.
GUI work in Qt meant the entire stack, from low-level algorithm to user interface, ran on C++.
Stepped outside the single-language comfort zone. Adopted TypeScript and Node.js to fill in full-stack Web skills.
Went deep on LLM internals — from Transformer architecture to inference optimization — and deployed inference services in production, exploring RAG, Agent, Skill, and MCP paradigms.
Picked up C# and Rust along the way, with plans to replace C++ with Rust as the primary language for CLI, TUI and GUI programs.
Continuing to explore the technical frontiers of LLMs and their practical application, tracking the full chain from inference efficiency to product experience.
